Netherlands – Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work – Herinrichting Huisvesting Dar N.V.

The contract concerns the renovation and expansion of the Dar NV site at Kanaalstraat in Nijmegen and mainly comprises the following: - the demolition of the existing vehicle storage space and wash bays; - the remediation of the soil; - the adaptation of the existing facilities centre; - the new construction of a vehicle storage space, winter storage and four vehicle wash bays; - the enlargement and adaptation of the current office building; - the renovation of the site, the realisation of the loading bay and the relocation of the loading and unloading. The contract is divided into the following lots: - Lot 1 Building works (P1 Bouw) - Lot 2 Electrical and mechanical engineering installations (P2 E&W) - Lot 3 Civil engineering works (P3 Civiel) The estimated contract value for the entire contract amounts to € 17,6 million, excl. VAT, divided over 3 lots.
