The present contract is a services contract aiming to appoint a project author (PA) in a multidisciplinary team for the restoration of the envelope of building A, on the Solbosch campus: frames, facades and roofs, as well as the techniques related to the envelope. The PA has decided to use a split contract with one firm lot (drawing up a restoration master plan) and two conditional lots requiring a full project author mission. Indeed, it is necessary for the PA to use a split contract given that the implementation of the restoration project for building A concretely depends on the technical guidelines of the restoration master plan. This implementation plan will then allow the PA to activate or not the conditional lots of the present public contract. This splitting is also necessary since it is strictly linked to the financial feasibility of the contract and, subsequently, to the approval of the PA's board of directors. The PA also notes that the services of the full project author mission relating to wing AZ of building A could be carried out by the PA in-house.
