Bulgaria – Tents – ДОСТАВКА НА ПАЛАТКИ ЗА БЪЛГАРСКАТА АРМИЯ (БА), МОДУЛЕН ТИП БЕЗ КЛИМАТИЧНИ СИСТЕМИ ПО ОБОСОБЕНИ ПОЗИЦИИ - РАМКОВИ СПОРАЗУМЕНИЯ

The Ministry of Defence announces an open procedure for the award of a public contract, pursuant to Article 18, Paragraph 1, Item 1 and Paragraph 2, Article 20, Paragraph 1, Item 2, Letter "v", Article 73, Paragraph 1, Article 81, Paragraph 1 and Article 82, Paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Act, with the subject: "Delivery of tents for the Bulgarian Army (BA), modular type without climate control systems by separate positions – framework agreements", as follows: - Separate Position No. 1 - Delivery of tents for BA, modular type with lightweight (metal) structure, without climate control system - according to CPV 87.5107.26; - Separate Position No. 2 - Delivery of tents for BA, modular type with pneumatic structure, without climate control system - according to CPV 87.5106.26. It is also envisaged to conduct training for 10 (ten) persons for the operating and maintenance staff of the tents for BA and for both separate positions, according to a programme agreed with a representative of the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY, within 10 (ten) working days from the date of the first delivery under the first specific contract concluded under the terms of the Framework Agreement. The objective of the public contract is to conclude framework agreements for each separate position with one contractor and to determine all the conditions therein, without subsequent conduct of an internal competitive selection. Contract performance period: The framework agreements are valid until the total value is reached, but not later than 4 years from the date of conclusion of the framework agreement. The delivery period for the specific contracts concluded under the terms of the framework agreements is not more than 12 months, counted from the date of conclusion of the contract. Estimated quantity: - for Separate Position No. 1 - Delivery of tents for BA, modular type with lightweight (metal) structure, without climate control system - 700 units; - for Separate Position No. 2 - Delivery of tents for BA, modular type with pneumatic structure, without climate control system – 300 units. Place of performance of deliveries: The place of performance of deliveries and acceptance of the subject of the public contract is military formation 52370 - Negushevo.
