New construction of Grundschule Zur Ahrensdorfer Heide 11

This project involves the new construction of a primary school with a sports hall, including the design of outdoor facilities. The school building consists of a three-storey structure with 3 wings for classrooms and social spaces, a canteen/auditorium, and a nursery area. The building is not underpinned. The load-bearing components will be made as a reinforced concrete structure with wall panels and columns. The horizontal floor levels will be constructed from reinforced concrete slabs and beams. The foundation will be a reinforced concrete foundation slab as a "hybrid base slab" with a support grid of elastically bedded beams. The facade cladding consists of a curtain wall.
