Poland – Snow-clearing services – Kompleksowe zimowe utrzymanie dróg gminnych (odśnieżanie i zwalczanie gołoledzi) na terenie gminy Kalwaria Zebrzydowska w sezonie 2026/2027 z podziałem na 14 zadań

The subject of the contract are services: comprehensive winter maintenance of municipal roads (snow removal and de-icing) in the area of the municipality of Kalwaria Zebrzydowska in the 2026/2027 season, divided into 14 tasks. Winter road maintenance includes in particular: - organizational and technical action carried out by the Winter Road Maintenance Contractor, - preparation of material and equipment for removing and preventing slipperiness, - removal of snow from roads, - combating i.e. preventing the formation and eliminating winter slipperiness by using roughening materials, - post-winter cleanup work. The contract will be implemented with the following tasks: Task No 1 – Barwałd Górny, Task No 2 – Barwałd Średni, Task No 3 – Brody, Task No 4 – Bugaj, Task No 5 – Leńcze, Task No 6 – Podolany, Task No 7 – Przytkowice, Task No 8 – Stanisław Dolny Kępki, Task No 9 – Stanisław Dolny Dolany, Task No 10 – Zarzyce Małe, Task No 11 – Zarzyce Wielkie, Task No 12 – Zebrzydowice, Task No 13 – Zebrzydowice Bieńkowice, Task No 14 – Kalwaria Zebrzydowska. The Contracting Authority allows the submission of partial offers, for individual tasks. The Contracting Authority will consider each part separately. The Contractor may submit an offer for any number of tasks. The Contractor will perform the subject of the contract with their own materials. The detailed scope of the work has been specified in particular in the draft provisions of the contract and the cost estimates of the offers, which are attachments to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority envisages the award of contracts, as referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law. The award of contracts will consist in the repetition of the same services, which are the subject of the basic contract, up to 20% of the value of the basic contract specified in the contract. The contract will be awarded after negotiations with the Contractor and the conclusion of the contract.
