1) The subject of the procurement is the provision of maintenance support services for F5 devices. 2) The description of the contracting authority's needs and the characteristics of the subject of the procurement, as well as the minimum requirements relating to the subject of the procurement/implementation of the procurement, which are not subject to negotiation and which must be met by all tenders, are specified in Part II of the OPIW, with the proviso that at the stage of announcing the procurement, a shortened description of the needs and requirements of the procurement will be made available – in accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of the Pzp. Acting under Article 381(2) and 133(3) of the Act, the Contracting Authority establishes requirements regarding the confidentiality of information provided to Contractors during the procedure. The following parts of the OPIW are confidential: Part II of the OPIW – Description of the subject of the procurement. 3) The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders. 4) The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of variant tenders. 5) The Contracting Authority does not reserve the right to require the Contractor to personally perform key tasks. 6) The Contracting Authority emphasizes that this procedure is conducted in the sectoral negotiation procedure with announcement. This means that after the submission of applications, the terms of implementation of the subject of the procurement will be negotiated with the Contractors qualified for the second stage of the procedure (these cannot lead to a change in the subject of the procurement, including in particular the data indicated in the notice of commencement of the procedure).
