This contract is a contract for the provision of services and includes a study assignment. Under the Masterplan Fietspaden of the Haven van Antwerpen, a design and environmental permit application must be prepared for the cycle paths to be realised in phase 2. The service provider will be responsible for the preliminary design, detailed design, permit application and preparation of the tender dossier for the cycle paths within the following zones:

- Plot 1: Scheldelaan

- Plot 2: Noorderlaan

- Plot 3: Varia Rechteroever

- Plot 4: Sint Antoniusweg

- Plot 5: Oudedijk, Ploegweg and Ketenislaan

- Plot 6: Hazopweg, Keetbergenlaan and Canadastraat
