Czechia – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Systém HBK – Analýza a projekce finanční pozice a ukazatelů

The purpose of this above-threshold Public Procurement Contract for Services, awarded through an open procedure pursuant to Section 56 and subsequent sections of the Public Procurement Act, is to conclude (i) an agreement for the implementation of an application / applications focused on supporting the management of financial risks for the needs of Risk Tools, HBK System – Financial Position and Indicators Analysis and Forecasting (“HBK System – Financial Position and Indicators Analysis and Forecasting”; “Implementation Agreement”) and (ii) subsequent maintenance, support and development agreements for the HBK System – Financial Position and Indicators Analysis and Forecasting (“Service Agreement”; the Implementation Agreement and Service Agreement collectively “Agreements” or “Contractual Documentation”). The subject of the Public Procurement Contract is the supply and implementation of a new application or applications focused on supporting risk management tools, and the provision of related services, specifically: - supply and implementation of the HBK System – Financial Position and Indicators Analysis and Forecasting; - services leading to the successful implementation of the HBK System – Financial Position and Indicators Analysis and Forecasting; - ensuring long-term support, maintenance and minor development for a period of 4 years from the implementation of the HBK System – Financial Position and Indicators Analysis and Forecasting. Based on the Agreements, the subject of the Public Procurement Contract will be realized with one supplier, whose bid will be evaluated as the most economically advantageous. HBK System – Financial Position and Indicators Analysis and Forecasting The HBK System – Financial Position and Indicators Analysis and Forecasting is a technological solution, i.e. a system / application or functional component that enables: - performing Analysis and Forecasting based on input financial and non-financial data in accordance with valid accounting standards (CAS, IFRS); (Analysis and Forecasting means the systematic examination and evaluation of a subject's financial data, its projection into the future, its assets, liabilities, income, expenses and management. Forecasting some indicators for the future. It serves to assess the financial health, performance and stability of the subject and to identify risks and opportunities for further decision-making.) - minimization of manual user interventions, i.e. maximum possible automation of individual process parts; - provision of unified outputs of the performed Analysis and Forecasting; - user-friendly and intuitive operation.
