The Blindeninstitutsstiftung Würzburg is planning the construction of a residential and support facility for up to 24 blind/visually impaired and multiply disabled adults on the BfW site in Veitshöchheim. ● A site plan with the general placement of the building on the property, as well as initial floor plan considerations for the building, is available. A landscape design plan is also available. ● The preliminary construction costs (cost groups 300-500) according to DIN 276 are estimated at approximately 11.25 million € net. The share of cost group 400 (HVAC) amounts to approximately 2.0 million €. ● A detailed description of the measures can be found in the description of the measures as Annex 01 of the tender documents. All available documents will be sent to the selected participants with the invitation to Stage 2.
