Works remaining to be carried out in order to complete and commission the investment objective Multipurpose Hall for 2500 seats (Architectural and finishing works for Bodies A, B, C), Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Installations, Electrical Installations (Low Voltage) and Lighting, Sanitary and Water Supply Installations, Technological Equipment and Machinery (with installation). The work will have a minimum 5-year warranty period (Category B) from receipt upon completion of the works, to which the duration of the extended warranty offered for scoring is added. Note: The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications is 18 days. The deadline by which the contracting authority will clearly and fully respond to all requests for clarification or additional information will be on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
