Denmark – Drinking-water treatment plant construction work – Udbud af Svestrup vandværk, B&A-entreprise

The present procurement concerns the execution of the Construction and Civil Works Contract for the future Svestrup Waterworks to Novafos Contractor. The contract includes, in its main features, the execution of the waterworks building with all related construction and civil works such as the raw house, closure works, plastering, building electrical work, HVAC and ventilation installations, pipes in the ground and earthworks, as well as all related calculations and documentation, including D&V and KS documentation, and management of any subcontractors. The contract will also include elements of contractor project management, which the contractor will be responsible for. This is further described in the Tender Documents.
