The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of preparing design documentation together with obtaining the final building permit decision, along with the provision of author's supervision over the implementation of construction works carried out on the basis of the design documentation, which is the subject of this contract. A detailed description of the subject of the contract for each part of the contract is contained in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The subject of the contract has been divided into two parts. The subject of the contract (each of its parts) includes the execution of II stages: a) Stage I – covering the preparation of: - the concept of implementation of the contract part based on the local vision of the area of the planned investment (hereinafter „Design Concept”), - design and cost documentation together with obtaining all necessary and legally required documents in the form of decisions, opinions, assessments, studies, agreements, etc. (hereinafter „Design Documentation”), b) Stage II – covering the provision of author's supervision over the implementation of construction works carried out on the basis of the documentation referred to in the above point (hereinafter „Author's Supervision”).
