Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Erweiterungsanbau "Herzkatheterlabor-Bereich" im Brüderklinikum Julia Lanz am Standort Diako Mannheim zur Sicherstellung der Einhäusigkeit

The Klinikum aims to merge the previously separate Mannheim hospitals, Theresienkrankenhaus and Diako, by the end of 2026 at the Diako site (today: "Brüder Julia Lanz" Hospital) on Speyerer Straße. By concentrating medical services at one location, operational processes are to be permanently improved, organisational and economic synergies utilised, and sustainable and future-proof structures created for modern, patient-oriented care. The overall project is divided into several construction and development phases. Implementation within Phase 1 occurs in several modules. Modules 1 to 3 have already been awarded to a general planner. The subject of this procurement procedure is Module 4, which comprises the extension of the HKL area at the Brüder Julia Lanz Hospital site. Description of the planned renovation measures Module 4: - To quickly establish a single building and integrate the functional area, the angiography systems and the already structurally pre-equipped OP room in the Central OP will be upgraded to ensure cardiological emergency and intervention care. As part of the aforementioned structural expansion, 2 cardiac catheter laboratories are planned and implemented.
