Description

AquaDuctus Pipeline GmbH plans to carry out one (1) construction project in the coming years. For this, engineering services are required for the preparation of documents and the implementation of a route study, a spatial planning and a subsequent planning approval procedure, as well as ecological construction supervision in the implementation phase of the construction project. The above-mentioned services for one construction project form a lot and will be awarded together. To build the hydrogen core network in the Riepe area, a new hydrogen pipeline is to be constructed from Hilgenriedersiel (as a potential landing site for the AquaDuctus offshore line) to the hydrogen pipeline "HYSAB" currently under planning from Sande to Bunde. For the regional location of the new hydrogen pipeline to be constructed, reference is made to the map material provided in Annex B.1.1. The pipeline has a diameter of DN 1400 and is expected to be 35 km long. The tender includes the development of a route corridor to prepare a spatial compatibility test with subsequent planning approval procedure. Option: It cannot be ruled out that a landing station for the AquaDuctus hydrogen pipeline (Section 1) will be built in the Hilgenriedersiel area on an area of approx. 3-4 ha. The realisation of the landing station there is dependent on the determination of a preferred variant to be implemented for the routing of the offshore pipeline connecting to the hydrogen pipeline in question in the North Sea. All the services mentioned under items 1 - 4 in this specification of services are also to be provided for the above-mentioned landing station under this option.
