Netherlands – Office furniture – EA Meubilair t.b.v. Radboudumc

This is a European Public Procurement by Radboudumc. The procurement concerns the full furniture service provision. This includes both standard and special furniture for working, conferencing, and storage in office, educational, and healthcare environments. Purpose of the contract Radboudumc wishes to conclude a Framework Agreement with one supplier for a period of three (3) years, and an extension option of three times one (1) year with one supplier which represents the best price/quality ratio. Scope of the Contract The service provision includes the maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of the existing Radboudumc furniture, with the aim of preserving the value and functionality of both the furniture and the individual components as well as possible. In addition, the contract includes the delivery, installation, and ready-to-use delivery of new or refurbished furniture. This furniture is preferably suitable for future reuse and fits in with circular principles, where as much use as possible is made of existing products, components, and materials, both within and outside the organisation.
