Within the framework of Plan Approval procedures and, in rare cases, also in Planning Permission procedures for new infrastructure projects, more and more citizens, associations and public authorities are participating. Planning, organisation and implementation of hearings are a mammoth task. Easily, several hundred to thousand objections with a multitude of individual questions can accumulate. Due to the enormous effort required in processing, analysing and responding to objections, it is necessary to automate the process and provide staff with IT support with a possible integrated AI component.
