Belgium – Transport of radioactive waste – Transport déchets conditionnés

The contract concerns the transport of conditioned radioactive waste on Belgian territory. It falls within the scope of the missions entrusted to the ONDRAF pursuant to Article 179, § 2, 4° of the Law of 8 August 1980; Article 2, § 2, 1° and § 4 of the Royal Decree of 30 March 1981, as well as the ONDRAF's responsibility for the transport of radioactive waste packages transferred in accordance with Article 10, § 2 of the Law of 26 April 2024.
