The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a specialist vehicle of the WUKO type intended for cleaning the sewerage network. The detailed scope of the contract is contained in the attachments to the SWZ, namely - Annex No. 1 – Subject of the Contract (OPZ), - Annex No. 8 – Contract Template. 2. Contract completion date: within 6 months from the date of signing the contract. 3. In accordance with Article 257 of the Pzp Act, the Purchaser reserves the right to invalidate the procurement procedure if the public funds that the Purchaser intended to allocate for financing all or part of the contract have not been granted to him.
