Poland – Firefighting vehicles – Dostawa średniego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego z napędem 4x4 dla OSP Boruszowice

1) The subject of the contract is the supply of a medium-sized fire and rescue vehicle with 4x4 drive for OSP Boruszowice. 2) The subject of the contract, including the terms of contract performance, is specified in detail as follows: a) Technical specification; b) Draft contract clauses. 3) If the procurement documents specify trademarks, patents, origin, sources, or special processes, characterising the products, materials, solutions, or services supplied by a specific contractor, manufacturer, or standards and other references mentioned in Article 101(1)(2) or (3) of the Act, these should be treated as examples, and the Buyer allows the offering of equivalent materials or solutions. Equivalent materials, devices, or solutions are considered to be those with parameters no worse than required, and if minimum parameters have not been specified, this means materials, devices, or solutions with similar parameters, suitable for the required application, including in terms of functional identity, type, and quality of materials, and technical data. 4) The Buyer does not allow the submission of partial offers. 5) The Buyer does not allow the submission of variant offers. 6) The contractor may entrust the execution of part of the contract to a subcontractor. 7) In accordance with Article 5k of Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of the Council of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine, it is forbidden to execute a public contract with the involvement of subcontractors, suppliers, or entities, on whose capacity it is relied upon in the sense of Directive 2014/24/EU, in cases where more than 10% of the contract value falls on them. 8) The Buyer does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks.
