The contract is unique as it is a global design-build contract in the sense of Article L. 2171-2 of the Public Procurement Code, the reasons for which are explained in section 3.2 of the present regulation. The contract to be awarded following the procedure initiated will cover the design and construction of a school complex in the municipality of MAREUILS LES MEAUX. The budget allocated to the design-build contract is as follows: - Firm tranche: Construction of the new school: 13 000 000 € excl. VAT - Optional tranche: Construction of a multi-purpose sports hall: 4 000 000 € excl. VAT. Place of performance: Route de Condé - Lieu-Dit LES NOLONGUES
