Poland – Firefighting vehicles – Zakup nowego średniego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego z napędem 4x2 dla Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Chełmku

The subject of the contract is the purchase of a new medium-sized 4x2 rescue-firefighting vehicle for the Volunteer Fire Department in Chełmek. The order is co-financed from the funds of: the Municipality of Chełmek, the National Fire and Rescue System, the Oświęcim County, and from own funds. The detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in the Description of the subject of the order, Annex 11 to the SWZ. The terms of the order's implementation are specified respectively: the description of the subject of the order (Annex 11 to the SWZ) and the projected provisions of the contract – contract template (Annex 10 to the SWZ). The delivered vehicle must be free of any defects and damages, must have the appropriate wiring, power supplies and all other components, ensuring proper installation and use (e.g. power cables, etc.). The contractor undertakes to properly execute the subject of the order in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ and in the contract, the principles of technical knowledge and due diligence, as well as in accordance with current standards and applicable regulations.
