Description

This contract is a framework agreement with a minimum and maximum amount. The services and supplies included in the contract scope are described below. The minimum services are as follows:

P1 Project management, monitoring and coordination of the contract. The price for the project management, monitoring and coordination service is included in the services of P2 to P4 (in the minimum amount) ordered by the RATP. It will not be the subject of any specific OLS from the RATP.

P5 Reversibility

This contract is concluded for an initial period of one hundred and twenty (120) months, from the notification of the first OLS. Unless written notice is given by the RATP with three (3) months' notice, it will be tacitly renewed for two (2) periods of twelve (12) months. The maximum duration of the contract is one hundred and forty-four (144) months.
