Belgium – Repair and maintenance services of building installations – Maintenance, gestion et exploitation des installations techniques de bâtiments de la province de Namur

The contract covers the maintenance, management and operation of the technical installations of buildings in the province of Namur. The contract aims to ensure the sustainable quality of use, safety, continuity of operation and performance of buildings and their technical installations, while preserving the heritage of the contracting authority. The scope of the expected services is defined in the technical documents. It concerns three distinct provincial sites: - Haute Ecole de la Province de Namur, Citadelle site (new PRR building), Avenue de l'Ermitage 7 to 5000 Namur. - Haute Ecole de la Province de Namur (Agronomic Campus) Avenue de Namur 61 to 5590 Ciney. - Ecole Provinciale d'Agronomie et des Sciences de Ciney (Block D) to Ciney Rue de Saint-Quentin, 14 - 5590 Ciney. The following technical installations are covered by this contract: electricity, HVAC, sanitary, gas, elevators, fire, building and security. The complete details of the expected services are defined in the attached technical documents. Visit: The mandatory site visit will take place between 12 and 16 September 2026. The exact days and times will be communicated to you according to the site when you register.
