Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Arzneimittel-Rabattverträge ab 01.04.2026 zu diversen Wirkstoffen im Rahmen eines Open-House-Verfahrens

The subject of this publication is the conclusion of contracts in accordance with § 130a para. 8 SGB V for various active substances within the framework of a so-called Open-House procedure: with the stipulation of uniform contractual conditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or communities of pharmaceutical companies are offered the conclusion of discount contracts in accordance with § 130a para. 8 SGB V. The earliest contract start date is 01.04.2026. Based on this, the contract duration is a maximum of 24 months.
