The subject of the Public Procurement is - the conclusion of a Works Contract containing contractual conditions for the creation and implementation of an electronic entry control system, hereinafter referred to as "ESKV" - the conclusion of a Service Contract for providing services for the ESKV. The exact definition of the Subject of the Public Procurement and other requirements for its implementation, including information, conditions, specifications and other data, are detailed in Section 3 of this Tender Documentation.
