The justification for the need and opportunity to purchase the service lies in the legal obligation of hospitals to ensure the service, maintenance and periodic verification of the medical equipment they own and use, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 95/2006 (Art. 933) and of Order No. 2219/2022. The purchase of preventive maintenance services (periodic reviews) is both timely and essential for maintaining the equipment of the ATI Clinical Section within optimal operating and safety parameters, preventing premature wear, ensuring electrical and functional safety for patients and medical staff, and obtaining technical inspection certificates.
