Turnkey construction of a fire station. The scope of services includes the planning and turnkey construction of the building and outdoor facilities, including a training tower and traffic access, as well as a transformer station with NEA as part of an overall contract (PPP model). The contracting authority expects a comprehensive overall offer for planning and construction as well as the provision of maintenance services within an extended warranty period (defects liability) as part of an overall contract. Interim and final financing are part of the scope of services.
