Croatia – Repair and maintenance services of motor vehicles and associated equipment – Rezervni dijelovi i usluga servisa za osobna, terenska, kombi i laka teretna vozila

The subject of this procurement procedure is: 1) maintenance and repair services for personal, off-road, combination and light commercial vehicles, which are divided into: - routine service services – minor routine service (vehicle inspection, filter and oil change, fluid check and top-up) - routine service services – major routine service (preventive and corrective services expected based on age, operating conditions and mileage of the vehicles from the purchaser's fleet). - emergency service services (repairs of faults caused by wear and tear of materials, due to operator error, manufacturing defect or force majeure) on vehicles from the purchaser's fleet and include: automotive, automotive electrical, automotive body and automotive painting services including spare parts and consumables. The service provider for services and repairs must, for the service performed, show it on a work order/quote/invoice expressed in a unit of measure (work hour) and unit price (kn/work hour), and in total. Installed spare parts and consumables must be specified by name, unit of measure, unit price and quantity, and for original spare parts, the name of the original and its catalogue number must be entered, and for spare parts of equivalent quality, the name of the manufacturer and its catalogue number must be indicated. 2) delivery of spare parts and consumables for the needs of their own mechanical workshops, which includes: - delivery of spare parts upon request of the Purchaser for the needs of vehicle maintenance in their own mechanical workshops.
