Services contract for the municipality of Castelsarrasin and its CCAS

The present contract concerns the provision of insurance services for the municipality of Castelsarrasin and its Centre Communal d'Action Sociale (CCAS). The services include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Risk assessment and analysis

2. Development and implementation of risk management strategies

3. Insurance policy management, including renewal and claims handling

4. Legal and regulatory compliance

5. Training and awareness programs for municipal staff on insurance-related matters

6. Periodic reporting and updates on insurance coverage and claims status

The contract will be awarded to the bidder that demonstrates the best value for money, taking into account the quality of the services offered, the technical expertise of the provider, and the financial proposal. The contract duration is 48 months, with the possibility of renewal for an additional 24 months, subject to satisfactory performance.

Bidders are required to submit their proposals electronically via the TED e-Submission portal. The deadline for submission is 12 October 2023, at 12:00 CET. Late submissions will not be accepted.
