The subject of the public contract is the delivery of 193 units of infusion technology including accessories and related equipment for the KAR – Resuscitation Department and OKIP – Department of Cardiovascular Intensive Care. The subject of the contract includes subsequent free warranty service and proper post-warranty service. The contracting authority, in accordance with § 6 paragraph 3 of the Public Procurement Act, announces that it will not accept tenders containing products originating from the Russian Federation or the People's Republic of China. The estimated value of the public contract set by the contracting authority and in accordance with the Public Procurement Act amounts to a total of 21 610 780,- Kč without VAT, of which: - the estimated value for 193 units of infusion technology incl. accessories amounts to: 10 645 000,- Kč without VAT - the estimated value of the service for a period of 4 years amounts to: 2 980 800,- Kč without VAT. The estimated value also includes the reserved change according to Article 16 of the Public Procurement Act in the total amount of 7 984 980,- Kč without VAT (150 units of infusion technology incl. accessories).
