Spain – Miscellaneous fire-protection equipment – Prestación de un servicio integral de suministro, instalación, conexionado, programación, puesta en marcha y verificación de los sistemas de detección y alarma de incendios (DCI) y de los sistemas de detección de monóxido de carbono (DCO) en diversos aparcamientos municipales.

The service includes the integration of both systems with the existing ventilation manoeuvres and associated control automations, guaranteeing the full operability and safety of the facilities. The scope of the contract comprises, in an indicative and non-limiting manner, the following actions:

- General technical actions: Dismantling and removal of obsolete equipment and cabling; complete supply and installation of the new systems (including conduits, supports and labelling); connection and functional tests of continuity and insulation; programming and parameterisation according to the sectorisation and established logic of operation.

- Specific scope DCI: Renewal or implementation of the fire detection system, including the adaptation of associated manoeuvres (stops, extraction, barriers, etc.) and its regulatory commissioning before the competent authority.

- Specific scope DCO: Renewal or implementation of the carbon monoxide detection system and its integration with the extraction and impulse systems through the necessary interfaces.

- Ancillary obligations: Waste management in accordance with environmental regulations; basic training of the Property's staff; delivery of final documentation ("as-built"), manuals and certificates; and processing of all necessary licenses, permits and administrative registrations.

- Execution conditions: The works will be carried out with the parking in operation, requiring coordination with the contracting entity for the reservation of spaces and the minimisation of service interferences.
