The framework agreement includes the purchase of gas-insulated switchgear with an insulation voltage of 40.5 kV, a nominal current of 2500 A and a short-circuit rating of 40 kA, 3 s. The switchgear consists of a circuit breaker, disconnectors and earthing switches, current and voltage transformers, all housed in a single metal enclosure. Internally, there are one or more gas-filled compartments with the insulating SF6 gas or a similar gas. The switchgear is equipped with a double or single busbar system.
