The subject of the present contract is to entrust the contractor with a mission of assistance to the project owner for the real estate operation aimed at grouping the adult site of the CRFA in Charleville-Mézières and the child site of the CRFME in Warnécourt on the single site of the CRFA in Charleville-Mézières, project PHOENIX for healthcare activities. The AMO mission is strictly limited to the services defined in the CCTP and does not include any mission of project management, OPC, site supervision or technical services. This is a re-launch, following a fruitless declaration of a first consultation with the same subject.
