Slovakia – Pipeline-inspection services – Vnútorná inšpekcia potrubia DN 1400

The subject of the contract is the performance of an internal inspection of the gas pipeline for the purpose of collecting data from the transmission network lines, which is used to monitor the technical condition of the operated lines in accordance with the ASME B31G standard using the Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) technique. The internal inspection will be carried out on 4 sections of the 4th line of the gas pipeline DN 1400 / 56” with a total length of 448.2 km: I. Section 1: KS01 – KS02 with a length of 112.1 km; II. Section 2: KS02 – KS03 with a length of 110.7 km; III. Section 3: KS03 – KS04 with a length of 112.7 km; IV. Section 4: KS04 – HPS Lanžhot with a length of 112.7 km. The internal inspections of the gas pipelines consist of the following activities: a) Mobilisation of the supplier's personnel and inspection equipment with accessories to the inspection site. b) Running the MFL inspection device in the designated sections. c) Delivery of the operations report. d) Delivery of the preliminary processed report. e) Processing and delivery of the final report for each section according to the ASME B31G standards. f) Delivery of software for displaying inspection data. The cleaning of the gas pipeline DN 1400 will be carried out by the company Eustream with its own cleaning device. The cleaning device will run with an installed calibration plate, which sufficiently verifies the passability of the gas pipeline for the run of the supplier's inspection device, so that it will not be necessary to also run the supplier's profiling device before the inspection run.
