Bulgaria – Snow-clearing services – „Зимна поддръжка на общинска пътна мрежа и улична мрежа на територията на община Раднево“ по обособени позиции

The subject of the public procurement contract includes ensuring passability under winter conditions of the municipal road network and the street network in the territory of Radnevo Municipality and the city of Radnevo for the movement of bus, freight and light automobile transport. The activities, which are the subject of the procurement, are divided into separate positions, according to the type of sections for winter maintenance, as follows: 2.1. Separate position № 1: "Winter maintenance of the municipal road network in the territory of Radnevo Municipality"; 2.2. Separate position № 2: "Winter maintenance of the street network of Radnevo". Within the administrative boundaries of Radnevo Municipality, there are 22 settlements, including one city - Radnevo as the administrative center and 21 villages. The total length of the municipal road network subject to winter maintenance is 81.300 km. Winter maintenance of the municipal road network in the territory of Radnevo Municipality includes clearing snow, treating it by spraying suitable mixtures and ensuring duty service during the winter season for the period 15.11.2026 - 15.03.2027. Winter maintenance of the street network of Radnevo is expressed in mechanized clearing of streets from snow and ensuring duty service during the winter season for the period 15.11.2026 - 15.03.2027. The activities for winter maintenance of the roads are carried out in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance № RД-02-20-19 of 12 November 2012 for maintenance and current repair of roads. A detailed description of the activities, which are the subject of the procurement, as well as the requirements related to their implementation, is contained in the Technical Specifications - an integral part of the present public procurement documentation (Annexes №№ 1 and 2).
