France – Architectural and related services – MAÎTRISE D’ŒUVRE POUR LES TRAVAUX DE CRÉATION D'UN BÂTIMENT ASSOCIATIF ET SPORTIF AVEC L'ANTENNE DES PARCS ET JARDINS AU STADE DU BOIS DE LA CURE AU PUY-SAINT-BONNET

The present consultation concerns the design mission for the construction of an associative and sports building with the parks and gardens branch, at the Bois de la Cure stadium in Puy-Saint-Bonnet. The demolition of existing buildings is included in the operation. The OPC mission is optional mission no. 1. The list of missions is indicated at 3.2 of the present document. The estimated financial envelope for the works is 1 546 000 Euros HT (value May 2025). The indicative start date for the execution of the present contract would be from October or November 2026. The design mission awarded following the procedure is composed of:

• the base mission, the content of which will be defined in the CCTP including: Base Mission 1: ESQ (Sketch) Base Mission 2: AVP (Outline Design Studies (APS) and Definitive Design Studies (APD) Base Mission 3: PRO (Project Studies) Base Mission 4: Assistance to the Award of Contracts (AMT) Base Mission 5: EXE (Principle plans for the structural, VRD and fluid lots, quantities all lots) Base Mission 6: VISA Base Mission 7: DET (Site Management) Base Mission 8: AOR (Assistance with Reception Operations and Perfect Completion Guarantee)

• the following complementary missions: Complementary Mission 1: EAE (Energy Supply Study) Complementary Mission 2: STD (Thermodynamic Simulation)

• the following optional missions: Optional Mission 1: OPC (Site Organisation and Management) Optional Mission 2: ENV (water law file).

Each candidate who has submitted compliant services will receive a fee, the maximum amount of which will be 7 000 € HT.
