Czechia – Construction work – LT030049 Hoštka, AŠ Malešov – Polepy, VPŠ Hrušovany – rekonstrukce přivaděče

The subject of the sectoral public procurement is the execution of construction works involving the reconstruction of the feeder in the municipality of Hoštka – Malešov, Vrutice and in the municipality of Polepy. Reconstruction of the first part of the existing water supply feeder – the thrust line "Z" from ÚV Malešov to VDJ Zahořany – in the section from AŠ Malešov behind the II/240 road at Hrušovany. As part of the construction, a water pipe made of ductile iron DN 600 will be laid along a 3185.5 m route with a total length of 3147 m (the pipe in two sections repaired in 2023 will be preserved) predominantly along the route of the existing steel pipe DN 600, with the exception of the crossing of Úštěcký Brook and part of the route on the land parcel No. 447/1, where the route deviates slightly from the existing one. The brook crossing will be a push-through of a steel casing DN 800 with a length of 14.5 m. For the crossing of roads II/269 and II/240, the existing steel casings DN 1000 will be used – considering their age, it is expected that new casings DN 800 with a total length of 23.8 m will be pushed in. Along the route, 2 section chambers are planned, each with bilateral sealing of the connecting sections of the line via a common prefabricated inspection shaft DN 2000 and a total of 6 air release/vent valves (in AŠ1 and in 5 prefabricated air valve shafts DN 1500). The drainage line piping will be made of PEHD DN/OD 225 SDR 11 with a total length of 32.5 m. Steep sections will be secured by locking the higher-lying connecting sections of the pipe. At the locations of directional and elevation bends, the pipe will be secured with joints secured against disconnection. Considering the pressure conditions, the locked sections will be made along a large part of the route from pipes with a two-chamber socket and a bell. Along the reconstruction route, a temporary water supply pipe 2x PEHD DN/OD 225 SDR 11 will be laid in a total of 5 sections. Under the II/269 road, it will be laid in a push-through DN 500 with a length of 15.7 m.
