The procurement concerns the execution of technical (machinery) work in relation to the establishment of connection plant 725 for Kredsløb Transmission A/S (hereinafter referred to as "Kredsløb"). In reference to Article 65 of the Utilities Directive, it can be stated that the tendered contract will not be divided into subcontracts, as Kredsløb has assessed that, given the nature of the task, as well as the economic, liability and execution-related aspects, it is most appropriately solved in one enterprise. The tendered task is described in more detail in the tender material. No remuneration is provided for participation in this tender.
