The subject of the contract is the sale and delivery of a non-invasive skin imaging system. The Contracting Authority does not accept partial tenders. Reasons for not splitting the contract: The subject of the contract constitutes a functional whole, splitting the contract would pose excessive technical difficulties and excessive execution costs, and not splitting is justified by organizational reasons, potential splitting of the contract could seriously threaten the proper execution of the contract, and the need to coordinate the actions of different contractors implementing individual parts of the contract could threaten the proper and timely execution of the contract. Furthermore, not splitting into parts does not restrict competition by limiting the ability to tender. 2. A detailed description and the method of contract execution is contained in the Subject of the Contract Description (SOD), which is Annex No. 1.1 to the Contract Notice (CN). 3. The Contracting Authority envisages the use of a so-called reverse procedure, as referred to in Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law (PZP). 4. In accordance with Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority envisages the possibility of invalidating the substantive procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract have not been granted to it. 5. The Contracting Authority does not require the submission of a bid bond. 6. The Contracting Authority does not require the provision of a guarantee of due performance of the contract. 7.
