1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive preparation and implementation of two editions of a longitudinal study of students in post-secondary schools and two editions of a study of school management staff, including the recruitment of schools and participants, fieldwork, technical and logistical support, collection of administrative data, data preparation and integration within the scope specified in the OPZ, and the transfer of databases and reports. 2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract, respondent groups, scope of tools, schedule, technical requirements, performance indicators, acceptance and settlement rules is specified in Annex No. 1 to SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ). 3. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 79315000-5 – Social research services. 4. The contract is implemented as part of a task commissioned by the MEN "Social Well-being of the School Community", Module 2 of the "School Friendly" program for the years 2025–2027, co-financed from the resources of the European Social Fund Plus within the ESF 2021–2027. 5. Whenever the terms "project manager" and "research manager" are used in the contract documents, they refer to the same person indicated by the Contractor for the overall coordination of the contract implementation, whose experience is evaluated in the offer evaluation criterion.
