The Board of the Universitätsklinikum Essen intends to strategically strengthen and future-proof the Department of Building and Technology as an internal service provider. The central intention of this tender is to support digitalisation. Specifically, reinforcement is requested in the data capture of existing maintenance-relevant plant components across the entire site. The long-term goal is to transfer the maintenance of existing systems into a digital workflow to increase efficiencies in inventory management, operation and documentation. The digital capture of all plant classes with spatial location is the first process step. Maintenance and overhaul plans will be derived from this in the future. The captured data will also form the basis for the later integrated digital space management.
