Poland – Front-end shovel loaders – ZGOK/PN/30/2026 - Dostawa w formie długoterminowego wynajmu fabrycznie nowej czołowej ładowarki kołowej z ramą przegubową do ZUOK w Olsztynie

1. The subject of the contract is the supply in the form of a long-term lease of a brand-new, top-of-the-range articulated wheeled loader. 2. The loader supplied by the Contractor will be used to work with municipal waste in accordance with the characteristics of the waste industry. 3. The subject of the contract will be delivered to the address of the Contracting Authority: ul. P. Poleskiego 3, 10-410 Olsztyn. 4. In accordance with Article 5a of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine, it is prohibited to award a public contract involving subcontractors, suppliers or entities on whose capacities the Contractor relies in the meaning of Directive 2014/24/EU, if they account for more than 10% of the value of the contract. 5. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex 1 to the SWZ entitled Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), in the Technical Specification of the Loader (Annex 4 to the SWZ) and in the Draft Contract Terms (Annex 2 to the SWZ). The parameters presented in the Description of the Subject of the Contract represent the minimum technical and quality expectations of the Contracting Authority.
