The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The services are settled by unit prices. As part of the activities related to the operation of REBM's water, telecontrol rooms have technical means to monitor weather developments in real time. Knowledge of weather forecasts and the support of meteorological expertise allow for the mobilization of specialized teams in the event of extreme events. The contractor is expected to provide weather data, access to historical data, personalized assistance with a forecaster and the integration of data into internal business processes.
