Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open House Biologika Rabattverträge 2026 - 26 - Tralokinumab

The TK aims to conclude discount contracts in accordance with Section 130c (1) SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance Tralokinumab. The contract will be concluded within the framework of the TK's Open-House procedure: individual negotiations on contract terms will not be conducted, uniform conditions will apply. The TK does not guarantee any exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract term is a maximum of 24 months, commencing on 01.08.2026. The contract ends at the latest on 31.07.2028, regardless of the date of the contract conclusion. In the event of patent expiry/market exclusivity expiry before the aforementioned end date, the contract will automatically terminate at the end of the month of patent expiry/market exclusivity expiry.
