The procurement procedure used is the open tender. The present contract is governed by the rules of framework agreements executed with purchase orders with a maximum amount of 90 000 euro(s) excl. VAT for lot 1 (purchase of Christmas gifts with meat and with alcohol) and 45 000 euro(s) excl. VAT for lot 2 (purchase of Christmas gifts without meat and without alcohol). For any additional information relating to this consultation, candidates must submit their request through the purchaser's e-procurement profile. This request must be made at least 6 days before the deadline for receipt of tenders. A response will then be sent to all companies that have collected the file or downloaded it after identification, at least 6 days before the deadline for receipt of tenders. The consultation documents are communicated to the candidates within 6 days of receiving their request. The date of opening of the tenders and the start date are given for indicative purposes. The consultation is subject to the mandatory presentation of samples.
