Poland – Postal services – „Świadczenie usług pocztowych w obrocie krajowym i zagranicznym, w zakresie przyjmowania, przemieszczania i doręczania przesyłek pocztowych oraz paczek i ich ewentualny zwrot do Urzędu Miejskiego w Starachowicach”

The subject of the procurement is: the provision of postal services in domestic and international traffic, including the acceptance, movement and delivery of postal items and parcels, and their possible return for the Municipal Office in Starachowice, in accordance with the generally applicable legal provisions, in particular the Act of 23 November 2021, - Postal Law (Dz.U.2026.558 t.j.). The detailed description of the subject of the procurement is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, in accordance with Article 22(1) of the Act of 26 June 1974, Labour Code, persons performing the indicated activities related to the implementation of the procurement, i.e. - signing the contract, - operational activity (direct collection and delivery of postal items in connection with the implementation of the subject procurement).
