Germany – Engineering insurance services – Allgefahrenversicherung Windenergieanlagen (onshore)

The EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG (Contracting Authority) intends to tender a corporate framework agreement for comprehensive insurance for the complete onshore wind energy portfolio of the EnBW Group or for the Contracting Authority and the companies affiliated with it pursuant to Sections 15 et seq. of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG). The subject of this insurance contract is the mandatory coverage of the property damage risk of the complete wind farms (wind turbines, cabling, substations, feed-in stations, etc.). Coverage of the business interruption/income loss risk is optional. The comprehensive insurance is generally subsidiary to the respective maintenance contract.
