Finland – Urban planning and landscape architectural services – Katu- ja hulevesisuunnittelun puitesopimus 2026-2028 (2030)

We invite tenders for design and expert services related to street and drainage technology for public areas. The contract is valid for two years from the start date and with an option for two separately agreed extension years. The procurement mainly includes tasks for drafting street and drainage plans to the extent required for their administrative processing, as well as related tasks for drafting construction plans, cost estimates, and procurement documents. Three operators will be selected for the framework agreement for projects in these design fields. The framework agreement is valid up to a project-specific ceiling of 10,000 EUR. Larger projects will be implemented through a second framework agreement.
