TenneT TSO GmbH plans to conclude a framework agreement for the recycling (material utilisation) of transformer oils. Details can be found in the tender documents provided on Mercell. Access to the tender documents is restricted. You will receive access to the tender documents after signing the attached confidentiality agreement. Confidentiality Agreement / NDA To protect the confidentiality of the contracting authority's information in the tender documents, a confidentiality agreement must be concluded. To do this, use the document "Unilateral Confidentiality Agreement" provided for download and send the signed copy via email to [email protected] and [email protected]. Bidders are permitted to submit signed confidentiality agreements to the contracting authority at any time during the application procedure. The contracting authority will grant the bidder access to the tender documents after a plausibility check has been carried out. From this, the bidder cannot yet deduce that the contracting authority certifies the bidder's suitability for further participation in the tendering procedure. In this regard, the contracting authority will send separate invitations to submit tenders to the bidders admitted to the tendering procedure after the application deadline has expired. ATTENTION! This is a multi-stage procedure. The invitation to tender will only be sent to the suitable participants after the selection of applicants according to the specified suitability criteria! No tender documents are to be submitted in the 1st stage! The application for participation must be received in good time, and no later than 24.07.2026 at 19:00 CET, via the e-Tendering platform Mercell (application deadline). Individual deadline extensions will not be granted. Submission of the application for participation by post, email or fax is not permitted. A breach of this requirement may result in the application for participation being excluded.
