Belgium – Agency fuel cards – Raamovereenkomst voor de afname van brandstoffen via gebruik van tankkaarten

This concerns a framework agreement with multiple participants for the supply of fuels for company vehicles with fuel cards. Since all conditions are determined in this tender, participants will not be put out to tender again afterwards. The fuel cards will be allocated based on the highest discount and the accessibility of the fuel station from the place of residence and the work route of the employee. The framework agreement will be concluded with a minimum of 2 contractors, provided there are sufficient valid tenders. The framework agreement has a duration of four (4) years.
